La formazione IMAS offre ai club di base, ai team tecnici e alle federazioni l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di riflettere sulle loro pratiche e politiche, e imparare di pi\u00f9 circa l\u2019ulteriore supporto che potranno offrire ai propri partecipanti nel momento in cui riconoscono il loro sostegno al modello Mixed Ability per creare comunit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 inclusive.<\/p>\n
La formazione viene divisa in teoria e pratiche del Mixed Ability, seguite dall\u2019osservazione di una sessione Mixed Ability nel proprio club o ambiente comunitario. Al completamento di questa formazione, il tuo club ricever\u00e0 una targa per riconoscere il sostegno al Mixed Ability e certificare che il club \u00e8 totalmente inclusivo!<\/p>\n
Un\u2019allenatrice o un allenatore, un club o una federazione possono intraprendere un percorso di formazione con IMAS, la quale fornir\u00e0 tutte le risorse necessarie. Questo programma consente anche di ottenere il supporto continuo di IMAS in tutte le fasi del tuo viaggio Mixed Ability.<\/p>\n
