Every Thursday evening 6.30-7.30pm Unorthobox provides boxing opportunities for people with all abilities at Heaton Tennis and Squash Club (BD9 5HP).
Unorthobox, just like IMAS, believes everyone is entitled to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
We encourage people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to interact and participate in activities which promote a healthy lifestyle as well as personal development, equality and independence.
